The Industries Education and Training Institute (IETI), founded by Mervyn Silber in 1992, has been a cornerstone in training South African artisans, now integrated into the UXI Artisan Development group. With campuses in Cape Town, Roodepoort, and Gqerberha, IETI provides internationally recognized Red Seal qualifications, addressing the high demand for technical skills and contributing to employment and economic growth.
