We believe the best way to learn is by doing. That’s why IETI uses a 70/30 training model, where 70% of learning takes place in the workplace and 30% in the classroom. This model, aligned with QCTO guidelines, ensures that learners gain both essential technical knowledge and real-world, practical experience.
