- Maintain and service vehicles and their components.
- Remove, assess, and replace steering and suspension systems.
- Dismantle, assess, and reassemble engines, sub – assemblies, and vehicle parts.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle air conditioning, cooling, and drive line systems.
- Replace clutch and brake components.
- Commission and test engines, drive trains, and vehicle parts.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle and electrical systems, including electronically controlled systems.

- Diagnosis and repair of: vehicle cooling components, faults on vehicle transmission and transfer cases.
- Vehicle suspension components and performing a 4 wheel alignment repair processes (gearboxes, differentials and engines).
